Our adult group classes are conducted in a relaxed, fun atmosphere and are suitable for any level player. Whether you need to imporve your fitness levels or want to take your game to the next level, we have lessons to suit. We offer classes to satisfy your needs in both mornings and evenings.
Learn to play sessionsBeginnerWith beginner players, we initially focus on correct grips and technique. We begin with drilling and stroke improvement and incorporate rallying situations when each student is ready.

IntermediateOur intermediate program will help all players improve consistency, through development of spin and court awareness. This class will improve your technique, movement and tactical awareness.

Cardio TennisCardio tennis is a fun, social, group tennis fitness program for people of all ages and abilities.
In an average class, you will take approximately 4,800 steps, women will burn between 1200 and 2000 kilojoules per hour, and men will burn around 2000 and 3000 kilojoules per hour. A normal class runs for 60 minutes and involves:
